Head out to Target, Michaels, Wal-Mart, or any other major retailer and take advantage of their discounted decoration prices. They discount them day of and are often wiped out the following day. I am keeping my eye on this lantern at Target, and praying that it's still there - currently marked at $40, I'm thinking I might get lucky.
